Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Quality - Classic Dressing Robe Purchased this robe for a recent hospital procedure to try and maintain some sense of dignity beyond the obligatory "split-tail" gowns. I received several compliments on the robe and especially the fit and fabric quality. A great addition to my weekend morning routine. Launders very well and requires minimal tochup with an iron. My wife is most pleased with that feature. Another color would be most appreciated to add another of these to my wardrobe. April 19, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Light & comfortable spring / summer robe This robe is very comfortable and light. The quality material and easy care (wrinkle free) make it perfect for 6-7 months of the year (I live in the Northeast). The color is a very light blue with a darker blue piping which adds a nice style. The fabric is very soft. You can't go wrong with this excellent robe! January 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by FAbulous robe Looks crisp, clean, and well fitting. Throw it in the washing machine! Fits beautifully over BB pyjamas. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Use it for travelling also as it's light weight. October 2, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by great gown Lovely material and fit. A perfect gown for starting the day while sitting at the breakfast table over coffee and toast reading the paper. Perfect! September 8, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great light weight robe at 1/2 the price of other similar robes. January 22, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Evening or Summer Robe It's beautifully made and doesn't wrinkle. Best of all it, it has two interior strings that you can tie to keep the robe in place. It's also very comfortable. The only drawback is that if you're short (under 5'8''), the robe will reach your ankles. However, since I only wear it around my home, I don't really care too much. Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a perfect summer weight robe in great color, fabric and styling. I often wear an XL but purchased this in L and the fit is perfect. Excellent purchase and addition to my wardrobe. July 21, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Full Dress This is my Ful Dress robe, perfectly suited to wearing to the Office. The Home Office. May 7, 2010

Yes- a L. By way of comparison, I wear a 16-35 shirt, and also wear a large in the robe.

Answer:
Large at least, maybe XL for a more relaxed fit. If you want it to be a tailored fit then perhaps large!

I am 6'4, 230 lbs, and wear a 17.5/35 brooks brothers slim fit shirt. Not sure if this helps, but I wear a 46 Long Fitzgerald suit. I am afraid Large might be too small, but XL may be too big, and would appreciate the input of my fellow BB devotees.

Answer:
Hello R Fendemann,

Based on your measurements, we recommend purchasing an extra large. An extra large robe is appropriate because of your height, and sleeve length is another factor we took into consideration.

Thank you for contacting us.

Have a great day.

Answer:
You're about my size, exactly. The robe in a large is very comfortably styled and not too-full and bulky. You'll find it a good for you. You could drop down to a medium, if you like a little tighter fit. You're weight might be the tipping point between a large and a medium.

Answer:
The official answer would be medium but personally I like robes a little fuller with more overlap in front and would opt for a large. When you put a robe on after the shower and have to answer the door you dont want to feel like you are hanging out.

I am 5'10", wear a 15 to a 15.5 inch collar, and my chest measurement is about 36.5 inches. I don't know whether to opt for the small or the medium. I would normally choose medium, but I don't want it to be excessively long down my legs or too loose on my body. On the other hand, I don't want it to be overly tight either.

Answer:
Hello, thank you for your inquiry into our Wrinkle-Resistant Chambray Robe. Based on your measurements, we recommend that you select a size Small. This will provide a proper fit and will not be excessively long or loose on the body. Lastly, the locations for the monogram are the same, along the left breast pocket. Our dropdown menus are pre-populated to read both for other items that we offer this feature.

We do hope this information is helpful.
Kind regards,
