BROOKS BROTHERS SIGNS LPGA GOLFER TAYLOR LEON

NEW YORK, March 18, 2008 - Brooks Brothers announced that it has signed LPGA Tour player, Ms. Taylor Leon, as the company's first-ever female brand ambassador for the Brooks Brothers Country Club Collection. Ms. Leon will not only represent the brand on the course but also will make her debut in the Brooks Brothers Country Club Spring 2008 catalog, which features her in a variety of active looks, notably from the recently launched ProSport range within the Brooks Brothers Country Club collection.

"Taylor is a natural fit for Brooks Brothers," said Claudio Del Vecchio, Chairman and CEO. "She demonstrates great passion and ability. We are thrilled to have her join our winning team as she embarks on her professional career."

"I am very privileged and honored that Brooks Brothers chose me to be their first female spokesperson," said Ms. Leon "I have always loved the classic clothes available at Brooks Brothers and I'm so excited to represent such a legendary company."

Ms. Leon, 21, turned professional in May 2007 after attending the University of Georgia, where she was a two-time NGCA All-American selection, SEC Player of the Year and named to the 2006 United States Curtis Cup Team. Since turning professional, she has won twice on the Duramed Futures Tour and had four top 10 finishes in eight starts as a professional. She has also competed in the 2007 United States Women's Open. In December 2007 Ms. Leon attended the LPGA Tour qualifying school and finished 20th, which gave her status on the LPGA Tour.

Ms. Leon joins current PGA Tour players and Brooks Brothers ambassadors, Scott Verplank and James Driscoll.
