Placing an Order
Product Page
On the Product page you will choose the color, size, and quantity of the product. We also offer monogramming options on select shirts and engraving is available on many of our cuff links and belt buckles, which may be entered here.

Once you've made your selections, click ADD TO BAG to add the product to your shopping bag. You will stay on the product page, but with a note that your selection has been added to your bag. You may then view the suggested items listed at the bottom of the page, or browse through the site using the navigation on the left and top of the page. If you're ready to complete your order, click CHECKOUT at the bottom of the page or ITEMS IN BAG at the top of every page.

Shopping Bag
All the items that you have selected will be in your shopping bag. In the shopping bag, you will be able to change the quantity, delete items from your bag, and update your bag.

Billing & Shipping
On the Billing & Shipping page you will be asked to enter your billing & shipping information and choose a shipping method. As a logged-in registered member, your saved billing & shipping profile will be displayed. You will be able to make changes to your billing address here if needed. You may optionally choose to add a complimentary gift box and gift message to your order, enter a promotion code or Corporate Membership number, if applicable.

Review & Payment
On the Review & Payment page, you will be asked to verify that the items in your order are correct, and that the shipping and billing information is correct. You may go back in the checkout process to make corrections or changes to your order. Click SUBMIT to send us your order or GO BACK to make changes.

We accept the Brooks Brothers Platinum MasterCard, The Brooks Card, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and VISA. You may also add one or more Brooks Brothers Gift Cards as payment. If a Gift Card is entered, the value of the card will be depleted before your credit card is charged.

Confirmation
This page will summarize all of your order information and provide your order number. We suggest that you print this page for your reference. You will also receive an order confirmation email. Please check to make sure that the information is correct. When your order ships, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email.

Merchandise Availability
Available colors and sizes of products are displayed in the drop down menus on each product page. If a product has been reordered, a message with the expected delivery date will appear in your shopping bag.

Using a Promotion Code
On the Billing & Shipping page, enter the code you have received in the PROMOTION CODE area and click CONTINUE. Please note that you can only use one code per order and that some promotions will not be visible on the Review & Payment page, but will appear in your order confirmation email. Certain promotions also require that you be signed in as a registered member to be applicable.

Payment Options
We are proud to accept the Brooks Card, the Brooks Brothers Platinum MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, and Brooks Brothers Gift Cards. You can also use a combination of Gift Cards and a credit card.

International Orders
To order from countries other than the United States, you may select your country from the pull down menus on the Shipping and Billing pages. You may also call 1.732.225.4870, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, or fax 1.732.225.1520. Delivery to all countries other than the United States and Canada is $49.99. A $10 charge is added to standard shipping & handling charges for deliveries to Puerto Rico and Canada. Overnight delivery is not available. International customs regulations require that the value of packages being sent internationally is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please note that we cannot ship Gift Cards, fragrances, or products containing alligator or genuine fur internationally. All shipping & handling and applicable duties will be paid by the customer and will be billed by the delivering carrier.

Alterations
Basic alterations on unfinished trouser hems are available at no charge for online and catalog orders. You may enter alteration information in the Trouser Alterations area on the product page.

"Select" Special Order Dress Shirts
For nearly two centuries, Brooks Brothers has offered the finest in custom-made apparel, including legendary "own make" dress shirts. Customize your own dress shirt by calling a customer service representative, visiting any U.S. retail store location or using our online "select" shirt configurator at www.brooksbrothers.com/selectshirts.

Create your perfect shirt by customizing our famous shirtings to your exact preference. Choose your favorite fabrics, fit, collars, cuts and options. In 4 simple steps, you will have designed a shirt just for you. Please note that delivery of "select" special order dress shirts take approximately three to four weeks.

Custom-made Shirts and Suits
Custom-made shirts and suits are available in our retail locations. Please visit our retail locations (not available at Factory Stores) where our master tailors will be happy to help you. You can also visit our New York flagship store at 44th and Madison and get scanned by our Digital Tailor.

Digital Tailoring
In our 346 Madison Avenue flagship store in Manhattan, we have introduced the revolutionary Digital Tailor. In 12 seconds your body is scanned and more than 200,000 data points are captured. These measurements are used to create a great fitting custom-made garment, precisely tailored to your body's unique contours and specific proportions.

You may order suits, sport coats, blazers, pants, and dress shirts to be crafted from hundreds of the world's finest fabrics with a selection of styling details, providing the opportunity to personalize your wardrobe.

Brooks Brothers Digital Tailoring carries a very reasonable premium over the off-the-rack merchandise, and can be completed in just 3 business weeks or less.

You can experience Digital Tailoring exclusively at our New York City flagship store at 346 Madison Avenue (at 44th Street), on the third floor.
Eyewear
Brooks Brothers sunglasses and prescription eyewear are available at LensCrafters® and other fine optical retailers.
Corporate Apparel
Requests for Brooks Brothers corporate apparel, uniforms, or other promotional products may be made through our Corporate Incentive Services team.
Sales Tax
Brooks Brothers is required by law to collect applicable sales or use tax on shipments to states where Brooks Brothers maintains a place of business. These taxes will be added to your order. For orders outside the United States, all applicable duties must be paid by the customer, and will be billed by the delivering carrier. If you are uncertain about the correct tax, please call 1.800.274.1815.
Canceling an Order
You can contact customer service Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12 midnight EST. In the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Canada, call 1.800.274.1815. From other countries, call 1.732.225.4870. You can also send an email to service@BrooksBrothers.com. Be sure to include your order number. We will do our best to locate and cancel your order. In the event the order has already shipped, please attach the enclosed return label to the package and a short note that you tried to cancel the order.

Gifts & Gift Cards
Sending a Gift
You may designate your order as a gift. We will box your items in our signature blue box at no additional charge. Gift orders will include an invoice/packing sheet, but no prices will be printed on it. International customs regulations require that the value of packages being sent internationally is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Gift Boxes
Our signature blue boxes are complimentary when you select the GIFT option on the product page or in your shopping bag. We regret that we cannot gift box international shipments.

Gift Cards
Our Gift Card comes handsomely presented in our signature blue box, along with a copy of our latest catalog. Gift Cards are available in several convenient amounts. For your security, our shipping carriers will require an adult signature for delivery of the Gift Card. There is a $5 shipping & handling fee for each address, $15 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Overnight delivery is available for $12 for the 48 contiguous United States, $22.50 for Alaska & Hawaii. Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, by noon Eastern Time with Overnight delivery will arrive the next business day. Overnight delivery is currently not available for Puerto Rico. For your security, FedEx will require an adult signature for delivery of the Gift Card. We regret that we cannot ship the Gift Card internationally or to a post office box. Redeeming a Gift Card
Gift Cards can be redeemed online, through the catalog, and in stores in the United States. You can combine other forms of payment with your Gift Card payment.

The Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise and services only at Brooks Brothers. It cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to your Brooks Card or Brooks Brothers Platinum MasterCard. To use, simply type in the number of the card in the space provided in the checkout process. (Click ADD THIS GIFT CARD in checkout to use multiple Gift Cards for a purchase.) You may also use a combination of Gift Cards and a credit card. All monies will be depleted from the available balance of your Gift Card(s) before the credit card is used.

Checking your Gift Card/Merchandise Credit balance
You may check the remaining balance of a Gift Card/Merchandise Credit using three different methods: 1) Check Your Balance section on BrooksBrothers.com's Gift Card page, 2) on the billing page during the checkout process on BrooksBrothers.com, or 3) by calling 1.800.345.7118. Please safeguard your Gift Card, as it is not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Electronic Gift Cards
We do not currently offer electronic Gift Cards, but we plan to add this feature to our website.

Our Unconditional Guarantee
Brooks Brothers guarantees its merchandise and your satisfaction. Purchases may be exchanged or returned at any time. With a receipt, full merchandise refunds will be issued by original payment method. Without a receipt, merchandise refunds will only be issued at current sale price on a Brooks Brothers Merchandise Credit Card. Cash refunded only in amounts of $200 or less at Brooks Brothers retail stores in the United States only.
