Buttons!!!!! I love all the trousers I have purchased. However, there seems to be something wrong with the brown buttons. I have tried dry cleaning and laundry. Nothing seems to keep them from falling apart. Recently, when I buttoned the outside button on a pair of pants I wore once, it crumbled like sand. The dark colored buttons are no problem. I have not decided whether or not to stop buying pants from Brooks Brothers or just replacing all the brown buttons. October 19, 2011
Pants Review I have purchased these pants before and they are excellent. This time I found that my waist is larger and that I need a 36 rather than a 35 waist. Sorry for the inconvenience. October 12, 2011

Great Trousers, and Worth Every Penny These are the best off-the-rack chino trousers I''ve ever owned, and I attended a prep school where khaki chinos were mandatory. The material is substantial, the details (such as stitching, crotch lining, and straight hem) are excellent, and they consistently fit well. (The Clark Fit flatters my rather stocky frame.) Take these trousers straight out of the dryer, hang them up, and you're set - they always look good. The khakis go well with just about anything. October 6, 2011
