Rated 5 out of 5 by SDButch Great Trousers, and Worth Every Penny
These are the best off-the-rack chino trousers I''ve ever owned, and I attended a prep school where khaki chinos were mandatory. The material is substantial, the details (such as stitching, crotch lining, and straight hem) are excellent, and they consistently fit well. (The Clark Fit flatters my rather stocky frame.)
Take these trousers straight out of the dryer, hang them up, and you're set - they always look good. The khakis go well with just about anything.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Potsie Leg Fraying - About a Year After Purchase
I bought these chinos about a year ago, wear them once per week to work only, and only launder them as needed using the directions provided. I discovered today that the left leg opening is developing a small fray. The pants fit well and, thanks to my shoes or boots, never drag along a floor surface. I expected that Brooks Brothers chinos would outlast competitor products in this area (fraying) and am wondering if I should revert to buying a competitors lower priced chinos that seemingly last longer. Given the cost, I took especially good care of these pants and am disappointed. I may return the 2 pair that I just ordered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Westtexan Good khakis
I really like Brooks Brothers khakis and buy them exclusively these days because of the appearance and fit. My only concern about them is that they don't last as long as I have generally expected khakis to last, particularly around the cuffs. This problem is not limited to Brooks Brothers khakis; I've tried other brands and they all do the same thing. I've been told that it has to do with the "no-iron" processing that makes the material harder and more brittle, and that makes sense. The shorter life on all brands started about the time that the "no-iron" process was becoming popular.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Biff I have somewhat muscular thighs and tend to prefer the more relaxed cut of the Hudson fit. The Clark fit is great for a slightly more updated look, but I find that I can't keep things in my pockets (like my keys).

Rated 4 out of 5 by Downndr Superior chino
Probably the best slim fit chino in the marketplace today but alas, they do wear out, especially the edges of the lower leg opening. A trade off perhaps for the crease resistance. Suitable for year round wear in temperate climes. I especially love wearing these when flying long haul over the Pacific. Trouble free and no ironing needed.

These pants are fantastic. If you're looking for a great pair of Khaki pants that can be casual or dressy and want BB quality, here they are. I am 6'1'' 200 lbs and the 38X32 Clark fit is perfect for me. They don't look baggy, but don't hug my legs tightly either. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by drsiberia Buttons!!!!!
I love all the trousers I have purchased. However, there seems to be something wrong with the brown buttons. I have tried dry cleaning and laundry. Nothing seems to keep them from falling apart. Recently, when I buttoned the outside button on a pair of pants I wore once, it crumbled like sand. The dark colored buttons are no problem. I have not decided whether or not to stop buying pants from Brooks Brothers or just replacing all the brown buttons.

Rated 1 out of 5 by PJJB Didn't like the "Advantage"
Fit-wise, these were OK, but could use somewhat more "rise" for me (Clark fit). The biggest problem I had with them, though, is the no-iron "Advantage" fabric. It does a good job of preventing wrinkles, but the fabric feels uncomfortably stiff and "synthetic" to me, even after several washes (so much so that I have given up on wearing them at all). Maybe I am overly sensitive to such things (I don't like non-iron-treated cotton in general), but I would not purchase these again unless there was an option to get a non-treated cotton fabric.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TonyTx Great pair of pants, I highly recommend for anyone who needs an everyday pair of pants that are a step above casual khakis. They have a great fit, and the no-iron helps them stay looking fresh. I travel a lot, and it seems to help them hold their press and makes it easier to iron them to make them look fresh again once I get to my hotel. Excellent construction, I can see these lasting me for a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rickey58 Replacing a pair I bought last year
The Clark Advantage Chinos looks good, are very comfortable, and are wrinkle resistant. I work in an office as a psychotherapist and am face to face with clients all day long. They are great for business casual. The only complaint is that they do tend to fray at the bottom of the leg after about a year of wearing about twice a week. But the pros outweigh the cons or I wouldn't be buying 2 new pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by zhorn A Business Casual Staple
These pants are an excellent foundation for your business casual wardrobe. I originally ordered the Milano fit, but found them to be a bit tight in the legs. I exchanged them for these, and the Clarks are a perfect fit! They are still slim and modern looking, while still looking professional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rolly These should be a staple to everyone's wardrobe !
These high quallity, durable pants are a staple to my casual wardrobe. I just purchased the black version on-line and now own every color in the line. The cut, fit and feel is perfect. These pants are the best on the market at this price point, and I highly recommend them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DavidK Back Belt Loop Wears Out Fast
I have purchased seven pairs over several years and have found that the back belt loop wears out very quickly. I have used one pair only four months and it is already too unsightly to wear. I will not purchase this product again. It is not a good value with this problem

Rated 5 out of 5 by Howard My favorite business casual pants
I have been wearing these pants forever and have about every color they make these in. They are comfy and look good with or without a jacket. They fit great and, while they look good for work, women frequently mention that they have a particularly favorable fit (a plus in my book).

Rated 3 out of 5 by FrenchMan Very good but...
Overall the cut is great. Quality of work is also impressive. The only downside is the fact the after one wash you see a mark along the fold of the pants over your both legs.
Could have been avoided with a higher quality fabric.
Still, very nice pants..

Rated 5 out of 5 by setterman Picked up a pair of these recently, as I need a new pair of pants for an outdoor wedding this summer. Surprised to read complaints about sizing, and people referring to this model "slim". They must be used to vanity sized clothing, and relaxed fits. The waist on my pair measures a half inch (38.5") over tagged size (38). And I'd consider the cut to be "regular". Not too tight, not too dumpy. If you can't wear regular fit jeans, then I guess these would be slim.
Only complaint I have is that they don't carry odd inseam lengths. Need a 31" inseam, so I'm going to need to make a trip to the tailors.

The pants look great for the office or for going out at night, feel great and is thick enough for winter, and best of all is comfortable and doesn't hug too tight anywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by UUer Excellent pants
This is at least the sixth pair of Brooks brothers. permanent press cotton pants I have purchased. They wear very well and look good even after a few seasons. I tried the Milano fit and found it tight and uncomfortable. The Clark fit is much more to my liking. Iwas able to return the Milano pairs at no cost to me which I did appreciate.
My only quality objection is to the pockets which wear through much sooner than the rest of the fabric

Rated 4 out of 5 by AttyinTampa Good value.
Have purchased ~5 pairs of these over the last year or so. The no-wrinkle fabric is awesome. The pants are a great alternative to wool/dry clean pants for casual days. I hate to iron and some days dry cleaned wool trousers are not necessary. These pants come out of the dryer crisp and sharp.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BlazingRed Great pants, but Navy ones attract lint/dust
Ready-to-wear out of the dryer, just like the non-iron shirts. Runs about 1-inch small in the waist compared to other brands.
The fabric of the navy color attracts lint and dust very easily. If you don't have a lint roller handy, I recommend the other colors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MainePrep Great Fit but run small
I bought these pants for my husband. They look great and the material is wonderful. They have a nice slim leg but are not super tapered at the bottom. The only thing to be aware of is the sizing. He had to go up two waist sizes in these pants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by observer Great pants
I find these look a bit better than most Khakis, but not as dressy as wool dress pants. A very comfortable and professional looking pant in the middle. So far they have washed well and have kept their no iron appearance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by oshenandoah really the best dress chino for a younger shape
just bought two pair for my college age son, wash and wear, no iron, and they look dressy. Cut is slim but not trendy slim, and just right for business office look. won't be buying chinos at other stores anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by eddy sometimes better than the milano fit
It is a more conservative fit, waist and looser than the Milano, but you can have a jutting gut and still wear this. You have to be more careful with billowing stomachs with the Milano. It is so comfortable.

Fabric is high quality and thicker than department store brands, which is why you'll want to try these out and switch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ptjones68 My new favorite pants
I love these pants! And the service in the store was exceptional. The quality is great, the fit is perect and consistent with each pant I tried on (I've gotten used to having to try on each pant because of inconsistent sizing and fit from other stores). I used to always buy my chinos from Banana Republic, but these are, without a doubt, of superior quality. Also, no threads sticking out of the seams. What I especially love is that these pants were less than the chinos I used to buy at BR. Good going Brooks Brothers. Your new styles have made me a customer for life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by nzachary Excellent chino, runs slightly small in the waist
This is a great pair of chinos (especially in the beautiful British Khaki colour), but I found it strange that I wear a size larger in the waist than usual. Typically, I only go up a size when purchasing dress trousers, but these pants are similarly cut.
