The 793M has patch/flap pockets. The 290M has flap pockets. The 793M is a bit more casual-looking, which I like, but I do have both.

Unfortunately, I do not have any chance to find out a right size of BB in retail store. May you help me decide what is size is better for me to buy three button blazer and dress pants?
My sizes are as follows (cm):
Sleeves - 76 cm (from the neck) or 60 cm without shoulder
Neck - 40 cm
Chest - 106 cm
Waist - 92 cm (or 96 cm around my belly)
Height - 172 cm
Weight - 78 kg

I will appreciate your advise.
