As other reviewers have noted, the stitches in the center of the belt wear out quickly, making it unusable. Very disappointed in the quality of this item and VERY surprised Brooks Brothers is still selling it. I expect better quality from BB.

This belt looks and fits great, HOWEVER the prong on the buckle wore through the center of the strap where the braids meet, rendering the belt unusable. This happened after only a few months of occasional use. This was very disappointing.

After only months, the belt prong tore its way though about two inches of the braiding, making the belt unwearable. Similar belts costing one-third the price have fared better than this.

I LOVE THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE LEATHER AND METALS USED IN THE BELT. WHERE THEY FALL SHORT IS IN THE WORKMANSHIP. IT IS ALREADY STARTING TO BREAKDOWN INSIDE AFTER ONLY A DOZEN WEARINGS.
