Rated 4 out of 5 by Understated class The White dots on Navy ala Churchill is my favorite. Pair it with a white shirt and striped navy suit and you will exude understated sophistication. The width is my only concern as ive checked and it's clearly wider than 3.5 inches, closer to 4 inches on the ties I received - but I've kept them anyway. December 17, 2010
