New Madison cut is unacceptable
Why BB changed the cut is a mystery. Why they haven't done anything about all the complaints and corrected the issue is a sign of indifference. I wore my previous purchase of Madison pants today and they fit just fine. Two new pair of the same size arrived today, and as you will read from other reviews on the pleated pant, the new cut is at least 1 size below standard and the thigh and crotch are so tight they are unwearable. I am returning both tomorrow and will replace them from another retailer.

These pants are cut VERY small
The waist size is a little snug compared to other Brooks Brothers trousers (eg gaberdine pleated front, or regular fit suits). The legs and seat area are cut for a very thin person. I am 6 foot and 180lbs and can't imagine how much larger than normal I would have to order these pants for them to fit well.

Great Everyday Trousers
The fit is relaxed enough to provide breathability. The quality surpassed my original expectations. As such, I have gone back to purchase several more. I would recommend them to anybody that would like to get themselves a pair of great quality trousers.
However, select a size larger in the waist than you normally would with other brands as I find the waist sizing runs a bit small.

Good quality, fit and value
These pants are extremely well tailored and look great. I have several different colors (charcoal, light grey, navy) and wear these throughtout the year.
