These new spring coloured polos are beautiful, especially the ones with the duo-toned Golden Fleece emblems! I personally prefer the ones on which the emblem starkly contrasts the colour of the shirt, but that is simply personal preference.
The only negative, in my opinion, regarding these polos (and any of the other BB polos, really) is the fit. I am constantly torn between the small traditional fit, and the medium slim fit. The small traditional seems to fit a little bit better, as it is not snug through the shoulders. However, the traditional fit pillows a bit more at the waist than does the slim fit. I typically end up going for the traditional fit small over the slim fit medium to allow for the minimal amount of shrinkage when laundering.

Shirt is on the larger size. i tried slim fit in other sizes and different sizes in this one. It is fine, but has to be tucked in.

Like last year's polos, these still fit a little tight around the biceps (still sadly not because I'm muscular) but overally a GREAT polo.
I bought these last year for my new job and bought them this year as well because I love the colors and the fit.
I like wearing these with chinos or jeans as well.
