Customer Service Excellence The associate had taken down one of the numbers on the credit card wrong. I was traveling all week so could not be reached. He took the initiative to use his own card to make the purchase and correct it later. Excellent customer service and clothing. October 7, 2011
Waiting for return of wool flannel blazer I am a long-time customer and have enjoyed the classic wool flanel navy blazer for all these years. I am truly disappointed that this version is no longer available. For everyday use, the flannel version holds up, retains its' fit and press unlike the cashmere version. Please bring back what had to have been one of your best sellers of all time. September 22, 2011
Perfect Gift I purchased this blazer as a gift for my husband. The fit is true to size, the fabric is nice to the touch, has a classic style and versatile as it even works well with jeans.
