Poor quality of material
I have had a problem with both the non-iron dress shirts and non-iron chinos. The seams fray significantly sooner than the old chinos and dress shirts. I have a brooks brothers shirt that is over ten years old and it is in great shape. My non-iron shirts last maybe a little over a year before the collar and button area seams start to fray. The cuffs on all the non-chinos I have fray within a year of purchase, compared to a pair of regular cotton chinos I purchased from you before the non-iron ones were available (over five years ago). My older chinos are in better shape than the newer non-iron ones. I love the convenience of this line but the quality of the material is poor or the chemicals used to treat the clothes degrades the quality. I have been thinking twice before buying more of that line.
