Very solid shirt
For those of you who more on the "trim" side, these shirts are great. If you're like me, the extra fabric in the other shirts has been an annoyance over the years.
The extra slim fit is great. The only minor complaint I have is that the cuffs are very small. I have to unbutton them before sliding my hand through.
If you're looking for a slimmer fit than the slim fit, go with the Extra Slim Fit shirts.

Extra Slim Fit as the Perfect Fit
If you've been keeping your weight down around your waist, you'll appreciate these shirts. The extra slim fit eliminates the wrinkled bulk of shirt you probably gather at both sides of your waist if you don't have this fit.

Best fit for slim/fit guys.
I am 5'10 and about 160lbs, and BB's slim fit shirts were still somewhat baggy when tucked in. These extra-slim fit shirts are a much better fit, and there is still plenty of room for movement, and is not tight at all. Because Brooks Brothers seems to use generous fits as standard, I feel that this shirt is close to the cut of a J. Crew size Small, only slightly larger. I am a 15 in other BB shirts, but had to go up to a 15.5 neck size in this fit.
I do wish they would expand their off the peg fabric options. While standard colors are great, more checks would be nice.

Not as good as I expected
I have been wearing the slim fit non-iron shirts for years and love them---especially appearance and laundering. Looking for a slimmer fit, I tried this shirt. Fit was great, quality seemed a little less so---no idea why. We will see after another laundering. I take them to the pros.
