Rated 5 out of 5 Excellent Shirt
I have a size 16 neck, 32-33 sleeve, and 30 waist, so it's difficult for me to find a shirt that fits properly. Regular size shirts are always huge on me around the waist. This shirt fits great. I think it could still be a little trimmer around the waist, but it's still great. I ordered a 16-34 because I heard the sleeves run short on the extra slims, however I think a 33 would have been fine. The cuff diameter is small enough that the sleeve won't slip past your wrist easily, so it's not a big deal if the sleeve is slightly too long. I will definitely order again but will probably try a 16-33 next time.
As far as quality, it's excellent. I hate ironing so I love the fact that it's non-iron... it comes out of the dryer looking perfect. I don't know why anyone would buy a shirt that needs to be ironed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by swimmer Finally, a slimmer modern fit!
Finally a shirt for slimmer athletic guys! It also has a more modern look, great for the younger buyers. The older shirts are way too big and that's probably why most BB buyers are middle aged and older. This extra slim fit shirt is definitely a step towards the right direction to attract younger buyers. I bought 3 and I like them so much I just ordered 3 more.
BB, more colors please!

I Thoroughly love these shirts. They fit perfectly. I only wish the stores would carry more extra slim fit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Gus23 This shirt has a borderline butterfly collar
The fit is good but the length and width of the collar are too much. The photos on the site are deceiving because the collar looks in proportion to the shirt however they should not call this the "Fit Forward Point Collar" they should call it the "Ron Burdgandy Collar." The whole point of the extra slim fit is so you have something to wear with your fitted modern suit however the width of this collar is much wider than the lapels of most of my slim fit or modern fit suits. If you have like a suit with a 3 1/2 inch lapel you are fine otherwise this shirt is not going to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Garadice The Dress Shirt I Have Been Waiting For!
This is the Brooks Brothers shirt that I have been waiting for. I can finally wear a dress shirt that does not look like I am wearing my big brothers shirt. I wear a 42R jacket and 36W pants and this is the best fitting BB shirt I have tried so far. This shirt has a custom tailored look that provides a trim but not tight fit. The sleeves are very trim and may not work for someone with big arms. The cuffs are also tighter than the slim fit shirts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by nzachary Without a doubt, the best-fitting shirts
In my opinion, these are the best-fitting shirts offered by Brooks Brothers. The fit beautifully in the neck and shoulders, while not pillowing at the waist. The extra-slim fit is perfect for me, and now that they come in non-iron, they are even better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MelN Why not in lavender?
My only complain in this shirt is why they don't have this style in a lavender color. I love the fit and the heavy material, particularly during this fall season.
I have far too many blue shirts, but not a lavender color. And I don't want one that has too much red nor too blue. There is one color in the store but it didn't come in an extra-slim fit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by OjaiLisa Unrivaled Quality, too much packaging
The quality and style of a Brooks Brothers shirt is unrivaled. They go in the washing machine and come out of the dryer looking perfect and crisp (with press creases even). The money I spend on the shirts (particularly when they go on sale) saves me tons of money in drycleaning. But...
1) The packaging - there is a much greener way to ship and package the shirts. There is simply too much packaging (plastic, plastic, plastic).
2) Why are men's shirts cheaper than women's?
