My quest for the perfect shirt is almost over
BB shirts have always been to me very good products at a reasonable price. The extra-slim fit shirts were a great addition as the slim fit shirts were way too baggy for a slender guy like myself. Nevertheless, the extra-slim fit dress shirts I bought so far still had the unecessary back pleat and still too much fabric at the back.
Now with a welcomed removal of the back pleat on these extra-slim fit dress shirts, I was hoping for the perfect fit. However, I have to agree with the previous poster, that BB almost nailed it but there is still to much fabric around the waist. The addition of darts at the back would solve this remaining fit problem.
Nevertheless, this shirt is an excellent fitted shirt and I will buy others while hoping that BB will eventually make this small correction to the fit so that I can finally say that my quest for the perfect reasonably priced fitted shirt is over.

Excellent Job BB! But Still baggy around waist
I love BB non-iron slim fit and own 10 of them, but like many others, did not like the still quite generous cut of the slim fit non iron shirts. If you have a muscular build or small shoulders to waist ratio (I have a 6 inch drop with large shoulders and arms) you will likely find these extra slim fit shirts slightly baggy around the waist but fit perfect in the chest/shoulders/arms.The fit in the shoulders and chest is slimmer than the "slim fit" and the lack of a center pleat makes for a much cleaner looking shirt. I will still need to have these shirts darted to have that perfect "pinned" type fit but these are easily the best fitting brooks brothers shirts I have purchased. To make these absolitely flawless I would need more taper in the torso down to the waist, the option to remove the breast pocket, more collar options (english spreads and londener's) and more colors and patterns (which I presume are en route!). Now I just need to wait for more colors and patterns. Excellent job Brooks Brothers!!!
