by ranksubjugation PLEASE make more colors!
This is definitely the best shirt I have ever owned! Even better than my previous Fitted Non-Iron! I am a size 32D bra and took a size 2 - no gaping, long enough length to wear both tucked and untucked with skinny pants, and a gorgeous, slim fit that really shows off the waist without making you feel shrink-wrapped. The seaming in the front is very subtle but is even more slimming as well. The one downside is that it doesn't button all the way up to the top, but I don't mind that at all because of the fit and the fact that the opening is cut to a nice, modest, appropriate V. Even after washing, people keep asking if the shirt is something new. I would love more colors in this (but not pastels)! Maybe burgundy or gray or some nice jewel tones for Fall?

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bassetboyz Inconsistent fit
I bought two of these shirts at the same time and the navy blouse fit perfectly. The white blouse was almost a full size too small. The fabric is really nice and the look is great. It would be nice if there were more consistency in sizing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by KatieP Nice Quality a bit big
This blouse lives up to its no-iron billing. Although I ran an iron over it before wearing anyway it really stood up to a day's worth of being under a winter jacket, tucked into pants etc. whereas a regular cotton blouse would have been wrinkled in minutes.
The fit in the bust was true to the size charts and unlike other blouses did not have any gaping around the buttons. The waist and arms were a bit bigger/roomier than expected (and not as depicted in the product picture) especially as this was advertised as "fitted." As such I cannot wear the blouse under a sweater without the arms and waist looking bulky.
Also, the blouse was backordered and Brooks Brothers was great providing email updates on the status of the order.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sonya Great shirt - neckline may be too low
The fabric feels great, like a starched shirt, and the fit is perfect. Great for a sharp polished look.
My only complaint is that the neckline is a tad bit too low for conservative professional office wear. I had to use a safety pin.

If you are looking for a sharp work shirt, look no further. My only issue is having to layer it with a white camisole in order to not show my (even white) bra. Also, if you tuck it in, it tends to flare out a bit, which can make it look slightly unprofessional.

I absolutely love this shirt. Fit quality and a clean look! It only came in white and black. I wish it came in more colors, I would have brought more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by gd4me this shirt is my new uniform
What I love about this shirt: it's neither too long or too short, it's a neat, tailored look with no tugging at my tummy or chest (this is rare), the double seams are slimming making the shirt look of a superior quality to most others, the open neck is perfect for revealing a scarf or necklace, sleeves are full length, easy to roll up to 3/4 length, it washes well & rarely needs a touch of the iron, and it goes with every style pants, leggings, skirt. I'm 5'5", 128 lbs and a little too cherubic at the waist, but you'd never know it when I wear this shirt. I have 5 of them in black, white, navy, wedgwood blue, and pink. Waiting for the navy to reappear to double up.

As with all non-iron shirts they are so durable and always look crisp and clean looking. I own several Brooks Brothers shirts and this is the first one in this style that I own. I received it as a gift in Black.
I really like the open collar. However, I find the collar might not be ideal underneath any of my blazers.
It is very feminine and in black it creates very nice lines on me - this shirt looks super on its own with slacks with belt or skirt.
With the open collar and the fit, it really emphasizes your waist.
