I bought 8 shirts in at the Houston Galleria store, 2 blue, 1 pink and 5 white. They didn't have all the shirts in stock at the store, so several were back-ordered, which was not a big problem.
What was a problem is that 2 of the shirts are noticeably not the same size as the other 6 --- too tight across the back and the sleeves are too short even though the size tags indicate otherwise.. Pretty strange. Never had this problem in my adult life buying shirts --- less expensive from other stores. Since I have just had the chance to wear all 8 shirts I plan on discussing this with the store to see what they plan on doing to "make things right".

Not-Heavy Weight
I was looking for a heavy weight high quality white shirt for my husband. While the quality was the there this clearly is not the "heavy weight" white shirt. Back to the web-site. I am sure there has got to be one there some place.

BEST VALUE FOR MONEY
I Bought my first BB shirt in italy but I paid it much more .. now I've found the same quality at cheaper price

Fantastic shirt for the road warrior. Handles being folded and packed with no problem. When reaching the hotel, I unpack it, hang it up and sometimes touch it up with an iron. The most easy care shirt I have ever seen.
