Good dress shirt at reasonable price
I normally wear traditional fit button-downs with blazers/sport coats, but this regular fit Ainsley collared dress shirt yields a better, more fitted look with a suit. Collar is excellent and is a good match with a 4-in-hand knot and medium-width lapels. I am 6' 5", so collar height and spread is important so as not to accentuate my long neck.

Excellent quality -- too baggy!
I wound up returning the Regular Fit shirts I bought and replacing them with Slim Fit. I'm a big guy, 6 2, 215 lbs, and was very surprised at how roomy these Regular Fit shirts were. Neck fit perfectly, chest fit well, but the stomach area, and especially sleeves just had way too much cloth. The Slim Fit shirts are much better, but even still those shirts have too much cloth in the sleeve, and too big of an armhole. I'm going to try the Luxury Slim Fit shirts next, as I hear they are cut more to my liking, but for a big guy like me to find a shirt too roomy, I can't imagine what the little guys think!
I'd definitely recommend getting the Slim Fit shirts instead of the Regular Fit or Trad fit cuts.
On the positive side, absolutely great quality shirt, launders well, and are beautiful prints.

Truly is non-iron
Terrific shirt; the regular fit does blouse slightly, but it is still the best non-iron dress shirt I've ever owned. I accidentally left the shirts in the dryer overnight and it was still virtually wrinkle-free. I am definitely going to purchase more in the future.
