In terms of sizing, we would recommend that you select a 36 "short" for a length that is more appropriate given your height. We do not currently have this size available for the Regent Fit Blazer, but our online store offers many alternatives in this size. Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Our Two-Button Regent Fit Blazer does indeed have natural shoulders. There is minimal padding to maintain the structure of the blazer, but it is thin and not at all a true shoulder pad.
