Awesome fit
I love the Extra Slim fit shirts, they could only be better if BB produced the Non Iron on this fit. Which really the only cons about them is that they are cotton and a bit more work to press than the Slim fit non iron.

when they say "extra slim", they mean it
I disliked the "tailored fit" shirts sold at Jos A Bank because they were tailored only in the abdominal area, not elsewhere, so they were still a pretty bulky fit.
Given such, I thought that with my scrawny build, these would fit well, but no.
I thought that with my skinny arms, the higher armholes of these shirts would fit but the shirt bunched up around my armpits and chest. The circumference of the arms was otherwise OK, though the wrist circumference was smaller than with other shirts- I didn't think it, too, should be smaller given that a tailor can't add circumference to a too-small barrel cuff.
I gave the shirt high ratings because I can't fault it for conforming to what seem to have been my wrong expectations about its fit.
Just be certain that the very high arm holes are what you need.

Step in Right Direction, but Needs Wider Shoulders
I'm very glad BB has decided to make these extra-slim fit shirts. They fit much better than their slim fit shirts, which are still cut very full. My only complaint is that the shoulders are a tad too narrow. I saw another reviewer make the exact same criticism. If the shoulders were a bit wider I'd give these shirts 5 stars across the board.

Needs to be non-iron
It fits better than my non-iron slim fits but since it is not non-iron I hardly wear it compared to my non-irons that don't look nearly as good as the extra slim fit.
