Special Polo These aren't your "average" boys polo shirts--my grandsons reserve them for occasions that are special enough to look "cool" but casual enough to excuse them from wearing a tie. Fit, finish, and durability are excellent. March 3, 2011
I have read reviews about other Brooks Brothers boys products indicating they are not as good of quality as the mens products, however, it is not the case with this polo in my experience. Men's size small regular fit are too big for me but I have several slim fit that fit me pretty well, and the boys XL are what I typically wear. They are as good of quality as the mens. If only the boys L was longer it would be the perfect shirt. February 27, 2011
Quality and consistency You may think that for the price, you can get another brand of polo shirt, but the Golden Fleece is worth every penny. The quality is great wash after wash and look neat without ironing. I can plan to pass this shirt down from older to younger son and they still look great. They may run on the small side...okay for me because my son has a thin build. He wears the L (14-16) in this shirt whereas other stores he may fit into a 12-14. July 14, 2010

yes. the sleeves are long and spacious. I didn't like them much at first but i started to like them. and they give my arms some room and allow for growth which someone buying a boys shirt will be doing.
