My favorite
Loved these from the first time I saw them on the website but wasn't sure of the sizing. After I purchased the penny loafers from BB, I knew exactly what size I need.
The style is classic and timeless. Every detail is well designed and beautifully executed. Compare with Alden tassel loafers, these have a very nice touch at the heel, and I love the look.
The craftsmanship is benchmark and you wont find any flaw even if you look under microscope. These are true masterpiece.
The leather is soft and supple, very nice to the touch and feel. That is what I expected and these will not disappointing.
I wore them a few times and they were comfortable from the day one. Did not need break in for me.
The black version is next.

Cordovan loafers
These loafers are true classic and are made by people who claim they invented them. Well, may be, but the fact is these are one of my best loafers and I have more than a dozen of loafer style shoes in my closet. Compare to it's Alden brother, it has a nice detail at the heel added.
The shell cordovan used for these is simply flawless and the color is uniform throughout both shoes and shade matched on both, left and right. Of course, the Horween shell cordovan used here for it's impeccable reputation and once again proves it's supremacy.
The craftsmanship is top notch.
This is my third pair of BB loafers, all are on Aberdeen last and I knew I have to buy a half size down from my regular size.
They fit very comfortably and I can wear them all day long indoor or outdoor, even for long walks.
Bravo again, Brooks Brothers, you never disappoint.

Smart Shoes
What I love about Brooks Brothers is that they make the finest shoes. These shoes in particular will last you several lifetimes. Which my father handed down to me, and they are perfect! I really recommend these shoes.

good for for flat feet
With severe flat feet (!) there are not many loafers that I am able to wear in terms of providing support and avoiding the "flat foot bulge" which I hate seeing, on the inside of the shoe - but there are great. They manage to encourage my foot into some kind of an arch without causing discomfort and mean that i don't feel at all flat-footed wearing them and can wear them for long periods without discomfort or tiredness in my "arches". They also look great for formal or I wear them lot with jeans/chinos and polo shirts

Shell cordovan leather does stretch over time. I wear those shoes myself and size down 1/2 compared to my norma tie-shoe size. I don't want a loafer slipping around on my foot9 months ago
