Rated 5 out of 5 by A real GEM A nice book. Makes you take a look at yourself and quietly shows you things which you could work on - things which would be awful to have to hear from someone else. Instead this book makes you aware without pointing a finger... It tells you the best way to respond to various situations and it tells you why. This was sometimes more helpful than the scripts it gives because the explanations carry over into new situations, as will the confidence with which you respond in them. Rated 5 out of 5 by Have I Been "Saying It" Correctly? Beautiful leather cover Contents: You would be very surprised about the correct manner that ladies should express themselves in conversation. Although I am not just ready to give this book to any of the Young Ladies we work with in the forum-- I believe the content of this book warrants an entire 12 week session on its own-- I find myself referencing some of the book's issues in order to correct my expressions-- when I take time to self-analyze and think about the most diplomatic way to comment--- as a lady would! This takes a strong commitment. March 14, 2010
