Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fit is different than normal shirts The usual excellent quality that you would expect from BB, however, the fit is different than their regular shirts. I am normally a slim 15.5x33. I have a dozen non-iron shirts like this. But with the formal (tux) shirt, the slim version of 15.5x33" was very short. I had to send it back and get a 34" sleeve. It cost me an extra S&H charge plus minor inconvenience. If you're in a hurry, order an extra with a longer sleeve than usual. March 2, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Classy, elegant shirt Here is the only negative: the shirt wrinkles easily because it's not a non-iron. Otherwise, the shirt is mint. January 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Slim fit tux shirt A nice cut for the slim fellow. If it were a little wrinkle-resistant it would be perfect. Tends to wrinkle a bit while being worn. April 20, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by wrinkled appearance The shirt looks always wrinkled, no matter how you iron it. September 21, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect. I needed another formal tux shirt. I lost weight and my other formal shirts were too big and I never really liked them anyway. This shirt fit me like the 'bee's knees'. Perfect in every way. July 14, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great fit Have had problems in the past finding dress shirts that fit as I have a slim build. This item worked perfectly and the quality was excellent. June 30, 2010

Answer:
There is a spot for a special collar stud (included with the shirt) then three normal stud locations. Below this is the strap to secure the shirt to your trousers and one button below that.
