Slim Fit Ten-Pleat Wing Collar Formal Tuxedo Shirt 4.6 5 6 8
Classy, elegant shirt Here is the only negative: the shirt wrinkles easily because it's not a non-iron. Otherwise, the shirt is mint. January 14, 2012
wrinkled appearance The shirt looks always wrinkled, no matter how you iron it. September 21, 2011
Slim fit tux shirt A nice cut for the slim fellow. If it were a little wrinkle-resistant it would be perfect. Tends to wrinkle a bit while being worn. April 20, 2011
Fit is different than normal shirts The usual excellent quality that you would expect from BB, however, the fit is different than their regular shirts. I am normally a slim 15.5x33. I have a dozen non-iron shirts like this. But with the formal (tux) shirt, the slim version of 15.5x33" was very short. I had to send it back and get a 34" sleeve. It cost me an extra S&H charge plus minor inconvenience. If you're in a hurry, order an extra with a longer sleeve than usual. March 2, 2011

Answer:
There is a spot for a special collar stud (included with the shirt) then three normal stud locations. Below this is the strap to secure the shirt to your trousers and one button below that.
