There are no breast pockets on the dress shirts. Only the sport shirts come with breast pockets.

Thank you for your response, but 470Q is pinpoint, whereas this shirt is broadcloth. I find broadcloth much more comfortable than pinpoint and I think that many others might feel the same (I noticed that someone asked my same question on the extra-slim fit version of this shirt - 537Q).

My dream shirt would be a non-iron broadcloth offered in several colors (similar to 116Q - but with a broadcloth weave). This shirt is the closest option, only without the non-iron finish.

It is the same finish and fit as the one pictured above (Classic All-Cotton Slim Fit Solid Dress Shirt) but in a light blue as you've requested. Though the collar is a point collar as opposed to a spread, it is quite similar indeed.
