The description says "base metal and mother of pearl" Is the "base metal" in the description referring to the metal of the dime or the metal of the setting? I'm left to assume the setting is stainless steel or some such because the description doesn't specifically say. And where is the mother of pearl on this piece? The picture and description are unhelpful.
