Great Shirt - runs a bit tight in the neck
Not sure if it is the first batch I received or the stiffness of the collar - but these shirts run a bit tighter in the neck than the Non Iron BB shirts I usually buy. Had to return my first order and size up one size. Now they are perfect.
Thick cotton, well sewn buttons, and look great as they age. Quick wash, quick dry, quick iron = a true classic.

Classic shirts & pants
I love Brooks Brothers classic heavy cotton oxford dress shirts, but don't need or care for shirt pockets. Could you make the same original heavy cotton cloth oxford shirt with your logo embroidered in place of the shirt pocket? I would take 2 each in solid white, blue and ecru! My size is 16 1/2 neck - 35 sleeve in regular fit.
I also love your 100% wool classic gaberdine dress slacks, but not the latest version with the short rise. The 17 to 23 year old student may like the new version, but you are going to alienate your core buyers.

Hard to find these anymore
This shirt is wonderful. I can not find this quality anywhere else. Most oxford shirts are way too thin. It is a very long shirt so it could use an extra button at the bottom. I am willing to pay extra for this quality. I beg BB to offer more colors. I would buy all of them.

Good quality, thick cotton
A great quality shirt. Quite thick cotton--too hot for summer. Will be great in the fall.

I'm not sure, but the other shirt may or may not be made in the USA. However, I think it is. More importantly, the cut is different. The cut is, I think, the main difference.2 years, 1 month ago

Hello BB Team,
I'm about to order two Classic All-Cotton Regular Fit Oxford Dress Shirts but I've some doubts which size to select. So far I've only worn the Non-Iron Regular Fit Button Down in size 15/33 which fits perfectly well.
But I'm afraid now that the Classic version with Oxford fabric might shrink which is why I think going for sleeve lenght 34 might make sense.
Can you help me with this decision. Should I stick to 15/33 even for the Oxford or is it better to add to the sleeve lenght?
Many Thanks in advance,
Martin

Hello Martin,It is a judgment call for you to make. Cotton products laundered overtime might shrink. However, we have not seen or heard of documented issues with shrinkage.

Has Brooks ever thought of reviving these great colors to a new generation?
