I returned this sweater Very rarely do I return a BB garment. In this case, there were 2 reasons factoring into my decision to return it. First, I was in between sizes since the medium was too big in the shoulders, whereas the small was too tight in the chest. The second reason was the collar couldn't stand up on its own, appearing too flimsy and too wavy around the edges, giving the collar the dreaded "bacon" look. Of course, upon returning the garment to BB, there were no questions asked. Great customer service as always. July 2, 2012
