Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointing I saw this watch online and immediately fell in love and ordered one. I have never spent that much money on a whim before, especially on something for myself. I put it on my wrist and even loved the way it felt and looked. Unfortunately, I could not get it to work. I called customer service to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong and the representative I spoke with assured me that I had not. I returned the watch and asked that another one be sent to me. I asked the customer service rep to please make a note in my re-order to have someone check to make sure the one I was getting in return worked this time. I waited anxiously for another three or four weeks and my new one finally arrived. Again I was just so excited to get it because it really is just so beautiful. But, for the second time I was terribly disappointed. I couldn't believe it but the new one didn't work either. I have now returned the second watch and asked for a refund. I'm sure there will not be any problem with my refund however, I don't think it is fair that I have had to pay shipping costs for returning two watches that did not work. I think perhaps Brooks Brothers should stick to their superb men's clothing. February 13, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Was disappointed need to return The watch itself looks very cool. It is not a "dainty" watch very top heavy. The real problem is the back of the watch fell off and will not stay on after less than one month of use. I need to return it. November 13, 2009
