Disappointing I saw this watch online and immediately fell in love and ordered one. I have never spent that much money on a whim before, especially on something for myself. I put it on my wrist and even loved the way it felt and looked. Unfortunately, I could not get it to work. I called customer service to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong and the representative I spoke with assured me that I had not. I returned the watch and asked that another one be sent to me. I asked the customer service rep to please make a note in my re-order to have someone check to make sure the one I was getting in return worked this time. I waited anxiously for another three or four weeks and my new one finally arrived. Again I was just so excited to get it because it really is just so beautiful. But, for the second time I was terribly disappointed. I couldn't believe it but the new one didn't work either. I have now returned the second watch and asked for a refund. I'm sure there will not be any problem with my refund however, I don't think it is fair that I have had to pay shipping costs for returning two watches that did not work. I think perhaps Brooks Brothers should stick to their superb men's clothing. February 13, 2013
Disappointed.... I've wanted this watch for awhile, was thrilled when it finally went on sale. Another review had stated it had a heavy chain, however is far from it, beautiful face. I returned today, felt like it is not worth the high price. December 21, 2011

Was disappointed need to return The watch itself looks very cool. It is not a "dainty" watch very top heavy. The real problem is the back of the watch fell off and will not stay on after less than one month of use. I need to return it. November 13, 2009
