Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally found my perfect shirts I struggled for years to find the right shirt for fit, comfort, style and durability. The Regent shirts are my best fit and I love the no-iron quality. Worth every penny spent on this quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fantastic Dress Shirt Bought this for my fiancé and his best man for our wedding. The fit for the both of them is great. They love the shirts and the details. Fabric is high quality, cut is great on them and the neutral light pink looks great with a grey suit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Store, Great Shirt They sent me the wrong collared shirt and then sent me another one at no charge. So I got two shirts for the price of one! Now that is exchange in abundance!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Waist is too baggy & Material is coarse I have 6 other Brooks Bros shirts and LOVE them all. I would take one of these shirts over any other brand, and at this time of year I always buy 4 of them. Well I don't know what the deal is, but I got the exact same size as the other 6 I have and somehow the waist on this one is MUCH bigger. It's like the used the Regent Fit on everything and left the Classic Fit at the waist for some reason. The material is much rougher than the others and that wouldn't bother me if it wasn't for the lint that this thing attracts. I wore it to work with a jacket that I've had for a long time and it had fuzz all over it like I wore a new sweater over it for the first time. They're great about returns, but now I dont know what fit to get because the waist is so big I don't think it would matter even if I went slim fit.

Slim fit is a little baggy around the torso on me but perfect on the shoulder, Extra slim fit? difference in the tummy or shoulders too?

Asked by: Pfad
Yes, an extra-slim fit would fit your proportions better. Order the same neck and arm size but there should be less fabric around your mid-section. Please see the attached fit guide for further details. Kind regards, Brooks Brothers

ask about the size.

my body size is 15.5on neck , 33on sleeve , 38on chest.. so i can choose neck and sleeve. which fit should i order? amd i wanna know the chest sizes in each fit. thank you. and when i choose sport shirts , should i get m size-slim fit or s size-regular fit? i can see fit guide. and in the fit guide, slim fit is explaned smaller 2.5inch on chest compared to regular fit but i can't find the size of regular fit just saw size of xs s m l ... so i can't distinguish how different the size are between small and small-slim fit
Asked by: jaysk
Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the measurements you have provided, we recommend that you select an Extra-Slim fit, in size 15.5 x 33. If you prefer to have more room in the chest and torso, you could opt for a Slim fit, but be aware that Traditional and Regular shirts will simply be too bulky. For our sport shirts, you should choose Slim fit, size Medium. Again, the Regular fit will be entirely too big based on the sizes you've given. Kind regards, Brooks Brothers

which size should i order?

i checked the size of 15.1/2 with chest 38. if i chose this shirts with regular fit, will the chest sizs increase 2.1/2 more inches?
Asked by: jaysk
Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The Regular fit is roomier in the chest and torso than our Slim Fit offerings and a chest size of 38 would likely be equivalent to a size 15.5 neck. Attached to this response you will find a screenshot of our fit guide, this should help in your selection. Kind regards, Brooks Brothers

I purchsed this shirt in a retail store in Size 16 x 32 and there is not a button or hole above the wrist at the wrist vent. Is this a defect?

Asked by: Markus50
Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Typically, our non-iron dress shirts, as well as our more casual sport shirts, do not have buttons at the wrist vent. These buttons are only included in our luxury shirts and our more formal shirt offerings. Certainly not a defect but an excellent question nonetheless. We do hope this information is helpful. How can I tell if a style of shirt has a two buttom sleeve (2nd button on the wrist)?

I'm not referring to a barrel cuff but rather the extra button around the wrist of the sleeve. I noticed that there was a comment regarding a shirt that didn't have one. What's the standard at BB?
Asked by: thebruce
The majority of our dress and sport shirts have a single button on cuffs and sleeve placket.

Is there a substantial difference between the "pinpoint" fabric and the "broadcloth"?

I own a BB non iron slim fit shirt cut from the "broadcloth" and it is by far the most exceptional shirt in my closet. The only problem is that its french cuffs are a little too formal for everyday office use. The barrel cuff version only seems to come in "pinpoint" and I want to make sure I will not be disappointed. Is anyone familiar enough with these two materials to provide a contrast?
Asked by: MiaEsq
Traditionally, broadcloth is a finer and thinner weave that pinpoint, which is a finer and thinner weave than oxford. Broadcloth feels very smooth, but also is so much thinner it often requires an undershirt to be worn so you can not see through it when it is on your body.
