Nothing special. Unless the suspenders require special locking mechanism. It should just clip on your pants.

Answer: 
You need buttons inside ( around waist )the pants to hold the suspenders. None of Brooks trousers come with buttons around waist. There is special charge of $5 for sowing the buttons.
