| Your Organization must have 50 or more employees or members to become a Participating Partner in the Brooks Brothers Corporate Membership Program. |

| The program benefit must be communicated to your employees or members on a regular basis via your internal intranet site, email or newsletter. |

| A signed Brooks Brothers Corporate Membership Program agreement must be received via email, fax or postal mail to participate. |
