The Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard® Rewards Terms

My Brooks Rewards is the Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered exclusively by Brooks Brothers. Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard® cardholders will automatically be enrolled in the Program.

For every dollar in purchases made at a U.S. Brooks Brothers store (including Retail and Factory stores locations but excluding Airport stores), online at https://www.brooksbrothers.com, via the Brooks Brothers mobile application or by phone by contacting Brooks Brothers customer service, when using your Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard you will earn 4 points / $1 (at the Insider Level), 5 points / $1 (at the Preferred Level) or 6 points / $1 (at the VIP level). For every dollar in purchases at other locations where Mastercard is accepted, including Brooks Brothers Airport locations, the Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard® will earn 1 point / $1. Each time you earn 1,000 net points (points earned for all merchandise purchases minus returns and adjustments), you will earn a $10 Reward Certificate (“Reward”) and your point balance will be reduced by 1,000 points for each Reward issued. Rewards will be delivered via email and are issued twice monthly, approximately on the 14th and 28th of each month, regardless of payment type. Rewards will also be available in the ‘My Account’ section on Brooks Brothers.com and visible in-store to Store Associates. Additionally, each billing statement you receive will contain a summary of your points earned during the prior month using your Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard.

Rewards may be redeemed at all U.S. Brooks Brothers Retail and Factory stores (excluding Airport stores), online, by phone and within the mobile app. Reward certificates are not transferable. Reward certificates may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products unless otherwise disclosed on the discount or offer, not to exceed the purchase amount. Rewards have no cash value and no change will be given for Reward redemption. Rewards may be used only once and cannot be applied to prior purchases, the purchase of gift cards or charitable donations. Rewards may not be applied as payment on a Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard. The sale or barter of any points or any Reward is prohibited. This Program may be changed or discontinued at any time. No additional Rewards will be issued after termination of the Program.
